Bunyip Adventure Tour:
Passenger cancellation/date change of any tour, in less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to a departure time will result in a 50% refund of money paid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a booked tour will result in a 100% forfeiture of the tour fare. Please note also that a “cancellation” includes a change to the date of a tour booking that requires the original booking to be cancelled.
Australian Wine Tour Company:
Cancellation fees apply to all bookings as follows:
Between 7 and 14 days before tour date : 25% fee.
Between 2 and 6 days before tour date : 50% fee.
There will be no refund if a passenger seeks to cancel a booking within 48 hours of a tour date.
Australian Wine Tour Company will consider a request that a booking be transferred to a later tour date rather than being cancelled, but it may refuse such a request at its discretion.
Melbourne River Cruises:
Sightseeing River Cruises cancelled 72 hours or less prior to departure will not be eligible for a refund.
Cruising Restaurant bookings cancelled with 7 days or less prior to departure will not be eligible for a refund.
Melbourne Small Group Tours:
Cancellations
Standard day tour: If you cancel within 24 hours prior to departure, including missed departure, 100% cancellation fee applies, if you cancel 24-48 hours prior to departure, 50% fee applies
For private tours and charters – If you cancel within 48 hours prior to departure, including missed departure, 100% cancellation fee applies, if you cancel 48-72 hours prior to departure, 50% fee applies.
Change of date request is subject to availability and management discretion.
